Delivery and Pick-up

  • Delivery and pick-up will be on ground level only. There is an additional charge for either upstairs or downstairs delivery. Delivery/pick-up charges are dependent upon time, distance, and size of order, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Deliveries/pick-ups are made during normal business hours.
  • Deliveries before or after hours or on weekends will be made at an appropriate charge.
  • Equipment must be kept in a sheltered location.
  • Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery to time of pick-up.
  • China, flatware and other equipment must be rinsed and returned in original container.
  • Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked and must be stacked for pick-up.
  • Set-up and knockdown services are available, with prior notice, at an additional charge.
  • Damaged linen will be charged at replacement value. Do not store linens in plastic bags; they may mildew and be destroyed.
  • All breakages and loss of equipment will be charged at replacement value.
  • Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment for all fees will be due in advance on or before pick-up by customer, or before deliveries - our drivers handle no monies.
We are constantly adding to our inventory. Please call us if you need an item you don't see listed - we may have it or can get it.
